Chacho`s Mexican Restaurant in Houston

What can I say this is the best bang for your buck. I normally keep it simple and order the full size chicken shredded burrito you can't go wrong with that. It's not greasy and it has enough flavor to please your taste buds. I would say it weighs in around 2 pounds. Good luck finishing it and make sure your somewhere that has a bed.

Chachos is awesome. It gets live out here at night. If had a blast every time I've been out here. The staff is cool and the prices not bad

Not good at all. I will never go back to this place. Just not what I expected. I could have saved my money and cooked at home.

Good food.Filty restaurant... but please check your credit card when leaving this place .. The manager swipe my card for more than my order price. Once I went back to inform him, the drive thru window was slammed in my face. Due to the covid the doors were not opened. Had to dispute charge with bank.

Chachos need to do regular touch-up cleaning. I entered the restaurant and there was paper on the floor and throughout, water on the floor and too many dirty tables also. About ten employees cooking and preparing orders. Not enough maintaining the cleanliness. This is not a good look for me. This is poor management. Maybe next time.

Covid19 got the dining room experience shut down but good was we excellent!

The food is okay but when you ask to scramble eggs they give it hard scrambles to the soft scrambled eggs. When a customer asks for soft scrambled eggs that's what they should get.

What a horrible experience the drive thru host or man we had made us never want to eat at such a distatsteful envirnoment ever again. My friend paid with a credit card and he set her card down left the window when we already been waiting five minutes for the card and only after we had had the window slammed in our faces did we say anything. With aggression we wanted the card the man then proceeds to slam yet again the window in our faces and take the car behind us their food even though the food or ours was ready and behind him. Then manager came and apologized we much less didn't want the food and wanted our money back which he said he would take care of it. He never asked for the credit card back gave us our now cold food and we left. Never again will we be eating or recommending this restaurant or establishment.

Food was ok but a massive amount. Got the burrito full size came out half cold but still wasn't terrible. Gonna get nachos next time though they looked a lot more appealing

Literally the worst place to eat in.....it was so dirty. It was difficult to get a clean table to sit. Used dishes that were on the tables around us when we got there were still not cleared when left. The food was ok but if the dining area was so filthy.....I wonder under what conditions the food was cooked. Its unbelievable

Had a great time at chacho's! The food is great and the staff is friendly! I especially loved my cashier Marcus!

I stopped there last night and they tried to get away with something called and up charge on anything beef!!!! 13 percent!!!! Guy said did you see the sign? I said theres no sign. I noticed how much I was being over charged. And said something... I know there might be issues with the virus deal but... Calling something an up charge???? Really!!! And I had a great opinion of this spot until last night!!! Its illegal to price gouge ya know!!! If you wanna over charge then change the initial price on the menu..Then if someone wants to buy it so be it.....Not charge you extra with out you knowing

This place was so weird. It was like I was visiting someone's house and a party was going on. I ordered the burrito and it was bigger than my head haha you definitely get a lot of food for your money. They had margaritas that were delicious and strong. I'd go again especially now that I'm expecting the atmosphere

The service was great. The staff was very polite and friendly. The food and is appearance was very inviting.

Pretty good this time. I finally got guacamole with my order. They usually stiff me for it. Just a little dirty today. But it did have a crowd.

Great food! I visited back before Covid and the inside was rather disgusting. Dirty and flies everywhere. I won't even talk about the bathroom... The food was delicious though!

I had made a order and they got it rong so went back in to get my right order and they said that we didn’t make it right but the manager didn’t argue or anything so they said that’s fine just give me the food and we’ll fix it but I really like and appreciate how they tried to fix it other then make a problem or argue

Called to ask for a second remake due to hair in my food (midst a health pandemic) and was greeted by phone by a rude, unapologetic manager who “couldn’t believe his employees would mess up an order twice” I couldn’t get my point across without yelling over him yelling at me, once he finally settle down long enough to understand that all I wanted was a remake we finally came to an agreement. Went to get me and my special needs child dinner. Ordered a fajita chicken taco salad and when I got home. There were no tomatoes no sour cream no avocado and to red slimy pieces of look like tomato. The young people that work there are always playing when I do go. I will not eat from the one on 610 South anymore.

Food was hot and fresh, ordered the chicken quesadilla with spinach and mushroom. Very good, good price

The nachos are huge! We didn't even get the large, and we still had a to-go box! The portions are fantastic, especially with the cheap price. Also, although the margaritas are all frozen, I had the one labeled "top shelf", and I was not disappointed. I got the large and left the restaurant with a buzz. Great food and margaritas at a cheap price! It doesn't get better than this! I'm definitely going back!

From Dallas, TX...First time here...OMG! STEAKHOUSE NACHOS!! Sooo good! 1800 Margaritas!! HITTIN! Enjoyed every BITE!!

First time going here during covid. Long lines. Good food however got my order completely wrong. Gave us an order smaller then what we paid for. I was not abiut to drive back and wait again in the line. Unfortunate situation, probably will not return.

Used to be good but had the enchiladas and they made my family sick, it was so greasy stopped after 2 bites and the cheese was still shreded inside it and the tortilla was soaked in oil. ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the nachos were bomb with the steakhouse beef. Other then that we won't be coming back.

Chachos is a great place to eat and drink. Even though you're only able to do drive thru right now, they still provide the best possible service and I appreciate that!

This place is usually pretty good but the most recent time I was there the tostados shells were not fresh. I also tried something new and got the cheese enchiladas and they were too cheesy with not enough enchilada sauce. Don’t think I didn’t eat them tough they just weren’t what I had expected. I’ll keep visiting. It’s still a great place for nachos.

I gabe this place 2 states for having frozen drinks that tasted great. Food is definitely fast food and cleanliness of the restaurant the night I was there was questionable. The later it gets the worse it gets. This is a late night get you a taco so you can sober up spot.

ChaCho's has great breakfast! Everything is well-cooked and taste great. I normally get my food to-go in the drive-thru, but the service is good and quick. The prices are reasonable.

About two weeks ago I purchased 6 breakfast tacos, bacon n egg, at the 610 location. After getting home 30 minutes later and beginning to eat. The tacos turned out to be extremely salty. It was the eggs. I called and spoke to a manager named Sam. I explained my situation with my purchase. Sam apologized and said he'd be happy to replace the order. Well, this morning I decided to stop and get the order replaced. I was truly shocked and very happy with the service. Merriam, who helped me, was the kindest and most helpful person. She asked what was wrong with the original order. I told her the eggs were very salty. She said ok. Then COOKED me some eggs to taste! I agreed that they were good. She proceeded to complete my order. I thanked and told her how pleased I was with her service. Merriam was just the best experience at a restaurant I can recall having.

The service was ok, the food was good. I had 2 chorizo and egg tacos...they were pretty full. I went because a friend told me each taco was $1.69, but I guess that was the price during breakfast only because I was charged more. I bought a margarita for $5 ... it was good, strong but tiny. I am on a budget so I believe that for the price I could have gone to taco cabana or Burger King and receive more food.

Cheap tacos in the morning with quality ingredients. I get full on one taco alone but I order two for a later snack. The mango-habanero salsa is to DIE for.

Food was delicious! And the margaritas were super strong! Just a heads up 😂 great atmosphere we went for lunch on a Saturday and the wait time was good, not to long! Definitely get the burrito or the nachos!! Yum!

The Quesadillas from this location are the best. I can have one every single day. I have been visiting this place for some time now and without a doubt the quesadillas are my favorite. Birthdays here are even better. I always recommend this location.

My first time trying the fajita chicken quesadilla with spinach! It was awesome. I shared with 4 kids lol! I took my older son to get a chicken quesadilla and I had the fajita chicken Caesar salad! All I can say is the food is very delicious!!! Thank you for the great worker's too!! I love fresh and quality food xoxo

Very slow drive through. Associate at the window is rude and he seems to hate his job. You’re always treated like an inconvenience for him. On 3 occasions in one month we ordered the same thing and each time the price has been different.

Long lines no problem! For sure worth the wait for delicious fresh food. I went 3 days in a row and they didn't disappoint food was fresh and delicious each time. I've tried a variety off the menu and I will say dont miss out on anything with the steak it's so tender and delicious. Everything that I've tried so far has been delicious!!

Fish taco was delicious. Not sure if there is any alcohol in the "serious' margarita. Taste good though. For the price, I'll go back.

The place was nice and clean, my food was good and hot. I loved my 1800. My son brought me there for my bday on 1-10-20, I had a great time with him.

A whole order was missing. The food was thrown in the bag so sauce had spilled over everything. The lady at the window was very rude. We had to ask her was that all of order because she just handed us a torn bag and walked away. Very horrible experience.

First time might be the last. The food was good but dear Lord the restaurant was filthy. Unbust tables in eaten food greasy floors, dim lights like the bulbs haven't been replaced.

Say what you want but this is my favorite place. From the 1800 margaritas to the House nachos... fully loaded with beans, 3 meats, cheese, sour cream and guacamole it's a done deal. Don't forget your to-go plate, because you're gonna need one. Go check them out. After the club, for lunch, even a date. Better yet anytime is a good time they're open always!
